ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a passionate Aesthetician & Skin Therapist to join our growing team in Ahmedabad.
In this role, you will work closely with our dermatologists to provide high-quality aesthetic and skincare services while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform aesthetic procedures as per clinic protocols, including facials, chemical peels, laser hair reduction (LHR) assistance, and other non-invasive treatments.
- Consult with patients, understand their concerns, and assist in recommending suitable treatment plans and home-care routines.
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, sterilization, and patient safety.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Educate patients about procedures, skincare products, and post-treatment care.
- Coordinate with dermatologists and the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Support patient follow-ups and contribute to a warm, professional, and welcoming clinic environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
We're looking for someone who:
→ Has experience working in a skin clinic or aesthetic practice (preferred)
→ Is familiar with facials, chemical peels, laser hair reduction (LHR) assistance, and patient care
→ Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
→ Is well-groomed, disciplined, and professional
→ Is committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient safety
→ Enjoys learning and growing in a collaborative clinical environment
→ Believes that kindness, empathy, and patient comfort are just as important as clinical skills
