Position Summary:
The Admissions Officer is a full-time, on-site role based at LAIS Sion in the Mumbai. This role involves managing the end-to-end admissions process, including responding to inquiries, guiding families through application requirements, organizing campus visits, and conducting information sessions. The Admissions Officer maintains accurate records, coordinates interviews and assessments, and collaborates with academic and administrative staff to ensure a smooth admissions experience. The Admission Officer plays a critical role in achieving the school’s enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Outreach:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract prospective students.
- Conduct outreach activities including school visits, education fairs, open houses, informational sessions and community events.
- Build relationships with preschools, educational consultants and community organizations.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the tone and message to be used while marketing the school to prospective families.
- Develop and/or send newsletters, email campaigns, Cambridge literature to prospective students and their families.
Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure a positive admissions experience.
- Host campus tours and orientation sessions for prospective and new students.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of prospective students using the school’s admissions database.
- Track and analyze admissions data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Use data to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.
Application and Enrollment Process:
- Guide prospective students and their families through the application process, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Coordinate and conduct school tours and information sessions for prospective families.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about the school’s programs, facilities, and admission requirements.
- Handover the applicant to the school HR officer for reviewing applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate admission tests and assessments.
- The HR officer will communicate admission decisions to applicants and handle queries or concerns.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the academic and administrative staff to align admissions strategies with the school's goals and objectives.
- Participate in regular meetings with the admissions team and other departments.
- Support other admissions-related tasks and projects as assigned.
