Admissions Counsellor – Zuvio Global SchoolAbout the Role
Zuvio Global School is a 100% online school offering a future-ready learning experience for children. We are looking for an experienced Admissions Counsellor who understands online schooling and can guide parents through the admissions journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle parent enquiries and admission leads through calls, WhatsApp, email and online meetings.
- Understand the child's and family's requirements and explain how Zuvio's 100% online school model can meet their needs.
- Conduct online counselling sessions and school presentations for prospective parents.
- Explain Zuvio's curriculum, learning model, programmes, fees and admissions process clearly.
- Build strong relationships with parents and address their questions and concerns.
- Follow up consistently and convert qualified enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for a smooth admission and onboarding process.
- Participate in webinars, workshops and parent awareness activities when required.
Ideal Candidate
- 2–5 years of experience in admissions counselling, EdTech or education sales.
- Prior experience working with an online school is strongly preferred/required.
- Good understanding of the online schooling model and parent decision-making process.
- Excellent communication, counselling and presentation skills.
- Strong follow-up and conversion abilities.
- Comfortable conducting online meetings and school presentations.
- Target-oriented, confident and professional.
- Passionate about education and working with parents and children.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
