Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time remote role responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process and promoting BRAMOSH Global Institute’s accredited programs. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries via email, phone, and online channels; explaining course offerings, eligibility, and pathways; and assisting applicants with forms, documentation, and enrollment steps. The role involves conducting admissions consultations, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate records in student information systems. The Admissions Counselor will collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and may participate in virtual information sessions, outreach campaigns, and basic sales activities to meet enrollment targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to interact effectively with diverse prospective learners.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive, respectful, and solution-focused support throughout the admissions process.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert inquiries into enrollments through ethical, consultative guidance on suitable programs.
- Candidates should possess Education-related skills or experience, such as familiarity with academic programs, admissions procedures, or online learning environments.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in higher education or training institutes, proficiency with CRM or student information systems, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and competency in using online communication tools.
- A relevant diploma or degree in counseling, education, business, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet defined performance goals.
- Do PR with learners, manage whatsapp group , LMS access , must have own i5 or latest version working laptop , stable internet & own smartphone too need to use it during work.
Salary : 15000-25000 per month
