Job Title: Admission Counsellor*
*Location:* AAFT University, Math Kharora, Raipur, Chhattisgarh
*Job Type:* Full-Time
### About the Role
AAFT University is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented *Admission Counsellor* to join our Admissions Team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, with the ability to guide prospective students and parents throughout the admission process.
### Key Responsibilities
* Counsel prospective students and parents regarding the University's academic programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and fee structure.
* Handle inbound and outbound admission enquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
* Follow up with prospective students to achieve admission targets.
* Maintain accurate records of leads and admissions in the CRM.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
* Participate in admission drives, education fairs, seminars, and promotional events as required.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
### Eligibility
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree will be an added advantage).
* 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or customer relationship management. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
### Preferred Candidate
* Candidate should be *currently residing in Raipur, Chhattisgarh*.
* Willing to commute to *AAFT University, Math Kharora* on a daily basis.
* Immediate joiners will be given preference.
