Admin & IR – 4 Positions
- Qualification: Graduate (full time mandatory)/MBA / MSW / PGD-PMIR, Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations – Preferred
- Experience: 15–20 years
- Mandatory Experience:
- Site Administration and Industrial Relations (IR).
- Managing workmen screening & recruitment, Overseeing Workmen Accommodation facilities & Welfare.
- Handling statutory and labour compliance at large project sites.
- Experience in managing sites with more than 2,000 workmen is mandatory.
General Requirements:
- Candidates should be willing to work at Mumbai, Dholera, Ahmedabad, or Delhi, based on project requirements.
- Experience in reputed EPC/Infrastructure/Construction companies is preferred.
- Preferred Companies: Tata Projects, Shapoorji Pallonji, Capacite, KEC, Ahluwalia Contracts, Leighton India and Kalpataru
- Notice Period: Immediate to a maximum of 30/60 days.
