Role Description The roles are full-time, on-site positions based in Bengaluru/ Mumbai, designed for individuals who can contribute across multiple business areas as company needs evolve. In this role, the team member collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders in operations, data, sales, legal, finance, and product to solve high-priority problems and drive measurable outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities may include analyzing transaction and operations data, supporting process improvements, coordinating with field and office teams, and assisting in initiatives that improve pricing accuracy, inspection quality, customer experience, and operational efficiency. The role involves owning projects end-to-end: defining goals, executing tasks, monitoring performance, and communicating progress and results. This position is suited to individuals who are comfortable switching contexts, working on ambiguous problems, and making decisions that directly impact the company’s profit and loss.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data to inform decisions and optimize processes.
- Experience collaborating across functions such as operations, sales, finance, legal, or product, with a track record of driving cross-team initiatives.
- Project and stakeholder management skills, including planning, prioritization, execution, and clear communication of progress and outcomes.
- Comfort with structured thinking, process design, and continuous improvement in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, engage with both field and office teams, and adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
