Job Description
We are looking for an Accounts Officer with mandatory experience in the Gems & Jewellery industry to handle accounting, financial reporting, MIS, reconciliations, taxation, audit support, and AR/AP activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS.
- Prepare variance reports and business review reports.
- Handle ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, AR/AP, and balance confirmations.
- Assist with statutory and tax audits, ITR filing, and transfer pricing workings.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, stock statements, and financial workings.
- Handle GST/TDS, 26AS, AIS, SFT reporting, and IDPMS/EDPMS.
- Coordinate with CAs, banks, customers, and suppliers.
- Prepare debit notes and offset workings.
Qualification & Experience
- B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Mandatory experience in the Gems & Jewellery industry.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Strong understanding of GST, taxation, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
