We are hiring an Account Executive to support daily accounting, billing, and finance operations. Freshers with strong basics and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and data entry
- Generate invoices, receipts, and payment entries
- Handle vendor payments and customer collections follow-ups
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger updates
- Assist in monthly closing and MIS reports
- Support audit and compliance documentation
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
- Experience in Zoho Books
- Good Excel skills and attention to detail
