Supporting a client with hiring for an Accounts Executive (1 to 3 years).
Looking for a detail-oriented individual with 1-3 years of experience to support our Finance team. If you are a CA(Inter) and strong in Tally and Excel , we want you!
Role Description The Accounts Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, including handling accounts payable and receivable, posting journal entries, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. The Accounts Executive will prepare invoices, assist with billing and collections, and support monthly and annual closing processes. The role also involves preparing basic financial reports, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders (such as auditors and vendors), and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations. The individual will help maintain accurate financial records and support management in tracking expenses, budgets, and cash flow.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in bookkeeping, general ledger management, and bank reconciliation.
- Candidates should possess skills in accounts payable and accounts receivable management, invoicing, and billing.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting, basic budgeting, and data analysis using spreadsheets or accounting software.
- Candidates should possess skills in using accounting and ERP tools (such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar systems) and MS Office applications.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to maintain organized financial records.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Qualifications - we are looking for a CA(inter) candidate who has completed their articleship.
- Prior experience in an accounts or finance role, will be an advantage.
