Job Title: Accounts Executive / Accountant (2 - 4 Years Exp) | Location: Bengaluru

ChipEdge is a leading semiconductor (VLSI) training and talent development company, helping students, professionals, universities, and corporates build industry-ready skills. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Zoho Books.
- Generate invoices, receipts, credit notes, and payment entries.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (student/customer collections) and Accounts Payable.
- Track outstanding receivables and coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for timely collections using Zoho CRM.
- Process vendor payments and maintain payment schedules.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash and bank balances.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, employee reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
- Assist in monthly MIS, financial reports, budgeting, and audit activities.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Liaise with auditors, Chartered Accountants, banks, and other external agencies.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with high accuracy.
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
- 3 – 4 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho ecosystem (Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Zoho Payroll, etc.) is preferred; experience with similar accounting software will also be considered.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and statutory compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience in the Education, Training, EdTech, or Services industry.
