Job Description
Medella Softgel is looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Manager with 5–7 years of experience and comprehensive knowledge of accounting, finance, taxation, and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and financial statements.
- Manage bank reconciliation and cash/bank transactions.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable taxation-related work.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor company expenses, payments, and outstanding receivables.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and other financial stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable regulations.
- Manage and maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Support management with financial data, reports, and analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Complete knowledge of accounting processes and financial management.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and compliance.
- Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage accounts independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical/manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
📍 Location Preference – Important
Candidates from Uttar Pradesh (UP), Bihar, Odisha, and Madhya Pradesh are preferred for this position.
