Role Description This full-time, on-site Accounting Fresher & Experienced role is based in Ahmedabad. The role involves assisting with bookkeeping entries, preparing basic financial records, and supporting routine accounting tasks such as accounts payable and receivable. The team member will help reconcile bank statements, organize documentation for tax and compliance, and maintain accurate ledgers under the guidance of senior professionals. The position also includes updating internal systems, supporting payroll processing, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure timely and error-free financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of accounting principles and standards, with the ability to apply them to day-to-day transactions.
- Basic skills in bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation of accounts and bank statements.
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP tools and proficiency in MS Excel and other office applications.
- Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and learn new processes and regulatory requirements quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Interest in Australian accounting, taxation, and compliance frameworks; prior internship or project experience is an advantage.
