โข ๐๐๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ: ยง Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable and general ledger in Zoho Books (and QuickBooks if used).
โข ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฃ๐๐๐ญ ๐๐๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ : Track project-wise costs, prepare invoices, handle billing and perform reconciliations for engineering contracts.
โข ๐๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐: Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.

๐ข๐ง๐๐ง๐๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ : Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements and management dashboards.
โข ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฃ๐๐๐ญ ๐๐๐๐ฆ ๐๐จ๐จ๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Coordinate with project managers on budgets, advances, retentions and vendor payments.

๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ & ๐๐๐๐จ๐ง๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ: Perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow and support internal/external audits.
โข ๐๐ฎ๐๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ: Provide overall finance and accounting support typical of a mid-sized project engineering firm.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ & ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
โข ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐: Minimum 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
โข ๐๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: M.Com or CA Inter (mandatory)
โข ๐๐๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐๐ญ๐ฐ๐๐ซ๐: Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is required. Experience with QuickBooks is added advantage.
โข ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฃ๐๐๐ญ ๐๐๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ : Prior experience in a project-management, engineering, automation, or project-based organization will be a strong advantage.
โข ๐๐๐๐ก๐ง๐ข๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ง๐จ๐ฐ๐ฅ๐๐๐ ๐: Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset and the ability to work closely with project teams.
