Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Hyderabad. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements and reports. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, monitoring cash flow, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies, as well as assisting with audits and providing accurate financial insights to support business decisions within Busitron’s fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow monitoring.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis.
- Understanding of taxation, regulatory compliance, and audit processes relevant to corporate businesses.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an Accountant or in a similar finance role; experience in tech or platform-based businesses is a plus.
