JOB Description
- OTA Reconciliation (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, etc.)
- Daily Revenue Report (DRR) Verification
- GST Return Preparation & Filing
- TDS Deduction, Compliance & Return Filing
- Accounts Payable Management
- Accounts Receivable Monitoring & Follow-up
- Vendor Payment Processing
- Bank Reconciliation
- Cash & Petty Cash Verification
- Invoice Verification & Posting
- Ledger Scrutiny & Reconciliation
- Month-End Closing Activities
- MIS & Financial Report Preparation
- Coordination with Auditors (Internal/External)
- Inventory & Stock Reconciliation Support
- Payroll Verification Support
- Monitoring Outstanding Receivables
- Expense Verification & Cost Control
- Statutory Compliance Documentation
- Maintaining Accounting Records & Documentation
- Coordination with Front Office for Revenue Accuracy
- Support in Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Ensuring Compliance with Company Financial Policies
- Any other accounts-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
- Preferred Skills:Knowledge of Hotel Accounting
- Experience in OTA Reconciliation
- Understanding of GST & TDS Regulations
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel
- Familiarity with Hotel PMS Software
- Strong Analytical and Attention to Detail Skills
