Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Patna. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring accurate recording of income and expenses. The role involves handling GST and other statutory compliances, assisting with tax filings, and supporting internal and external audits. The Accountant will collaborate with management to provide financial reports, support budgeting and forecasting, monitor cash flow, and help improve financial controls and processes within the organization.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in general accounting, including bookkeeping, ledger management, and financial statement preparation.
- Candidates should possess skills in taxation and compliance, including GST, TDS, and basic knowledge of statutory reporting and audit support.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and tools, such as Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Candidates should possess abilities in financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management to support decision-making and cost control.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple financial tasks effectively.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clinical, administrative, and management teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in healthcare or service-based industries is beneficial, along with a commitment to ethical financial practices and confidentiality.
