Role Description The Accountant role at Rw eco super sand co. is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and maintenance of accurate financial records. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing invoices, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and supporting payroll processing. The role will also involve assisting in monthly and annual financial reporting, supporting budgeting and cost tracking, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations. The Accountant will collaborate with management to provide financial insights that support decision-making and contribute to efficient business operations.
Qualifications
- Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets, with the ability to generate reports and analyze financial data.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements applicable to the construction or building materials sector.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational skills to handle multiple financial tasks and deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, vendors, and customers on financial matters.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and manage responsibilities independently while aligning with company policies and procedures.
- Prior experience in accounting or finance; experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or building materials environment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
