Medinex Workforce is hiring Account / MIS Executive Interns for a full-time remote internship opportunity. This role is suitable for candidates who want practical exposure to accounting support, MIS reporting, data entry, invoice tracking, spreadsheet management, financial records, and business reporting activities.

Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining accounting records, reports, and business data.
Support preparation of MIS reports, trackers, and daily or weekly summaries.
Perform data entry, data checking, and record updating tasks with accuracy.
Help maintain invoice details, payment records, expense data, and related documentation.
Prepare basic spreadsheets, charts, and summaries for internal reporting.
Check data for errors, missing information, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information for reports.
Support reconciliation-related tasks and basic account documentation when required.
Maintain organized digital records of reports, statements, and assigned work.
Follow confidentiality and accuracy standards while handling business or financial data.
Provide timely updates on assigned tasks and pending items.
Complete assigned accounting and MIS tasks within agreed timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel formulas, formatting, filters, and tables is preferred.
Familiarity with Tally, accounting software, or ERP systems is an advantage.
Understanding of invoices, payments, expenses, or basic bookkeeping is helpful.
Knowledge of Google Sheets and reporting formats is an added advantage.
Academic, personal, or internship-level accounts/MIS experience is welcome.

Stipend: ₹15,300 per month
