About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to support the Marketing team by managing influencer marketing data,
creating dashboards, and generating actionable reports. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Google
Sheets, data management, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain influencer marketing data across campaigns, creators, content, deliverables, and
performance.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and trackers in Google Sheets.
• Track key metrics such as videos, reach, engagement, views, costs, CPV/CPE, conversions, and campaign
performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Marketing Head.
• Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and campaign performance insights.
• Maintain accurate and organised databases with regular updates.
• Build automated/structured Google Sheets using formulas, pivot tables, filters, charts, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with the influencer marketing team to ensure timely and accurate data collection.
• Support the Marketing Head with data-backed insights for decision-making.
Requirements
• Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets & data handling is a must.
• Strong understanding of formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, COUNTIF/SUMIF, FILTER, QUERY, etc.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage large datasets and create clear, easy-to-understand dashboards.
• Basic understanding of influencer marketing/social media metrics is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Freshers with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills are welcome.
