Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Rahil (CPP) Films Pvt. Ltd. facility in Rajkot. The Job Title role involves supporting day-to-day operations within the CPP film manufacturing environment, coordinating with production, quality, and commercial teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Responsibilities may include monitoring process performance, preparing and maintaining documentation and reports, communicating with internal stakeholders and clients, and assisting in implementing process improvements. The role also involves adhering to safety and quality standards, contributing to problem-solving efforts, and supporting initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Relevant educational background in engineering, materials science, manufacturing, business, or a related field.
- Experience working in manufacturing, packaging, plastics, or a similar industrial environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Basic understanding of quality management systems, safety practices, and ISO standards is an advantage.
- Proficiency with common office software and data handling tools; familiarity with production or ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing operational priorities.
