We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Manager (CA Inter) to independently manage the complete Finance & Accounts function and support the organization in financial planning, compliance, reporting, cash-flow management, and business decision-making.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Lead the complete Finance & Accounts function
• Manage finalization of books of accounts and financial statements
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC and other statutory requirements
• Prepare MIS and management reports for business decision-making
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking and treasury operations
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, banks and other external stakeholders
• Strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes
• Identify financial risks, discrepancies and opportunities for process improvement
• Lead, mentor and monitor the performance of the Accounts team
• Provide financial insights and support management on commercial and business matters

✔️ Strong financial accounting & reporting expertise
✔️ Practical knowledge of GST, TDS & Income Tax
✔️ Ability to independently finalize accounts
✔️ Strong reconciliation and financial analysis skills
✔️ Budgeting, forecasting & financial planning
✔️ Cash-flow and working-capital management
✔️ Tally ERP / Tally Prime & Advanced MS Excel
✔️ ERP/accounting systems and MIS reporting
✔️ Strong leadership and team-management skills
🎯 Candidate Profile
• B.Com – Mandatory
• CA Inter – Mandatory
• 8–12 years of relevant Finance & Accounts experience
• Strong exposure to statutory compliance, audits and financial reporting
• Experience coordinating with auditors, consultants, banks and government authorities
• Candidates already settled in Bengaluru will be preferred
• Candidates with strong knowledge of the Bengaluru business environment and established local professional networks will be an added advantage
