Job details:
You will lead client accounts end-to-end: understand the business, identify growth opportunities, manage Meta and Google campaigns, and turn insights into experiments that improve performance.
Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore | On-site
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years
Core Responsibilities1. Account Ownership & Growth Planning
- Own 2–4 client accounts, depending on the depth of work required. We believe in focused account ownership.
- Understand each client’s business model, customers, unit economics and growth targets.
- Build a prioritised growth roadmap across campaigns, creatives, offers and landing pages.
- Identify the biggest performance bottlenecks and translate them into clear weekly actions.
- Own execution, track outcomes and use learnings to decide what happens next.
2. Paid Media: Meta + Google
- Plan, launch, manage and scale campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Own campaign structure, budgets, testing, optimisation and scaling decisions.
- Diagnose performance changes across media delivery, creative effectiveness and conversion.
- Maintain strong Google Search hygiene across search terms, negatives, match types, ad copy and budgets.
- Use insights across channels to improve targeting, messaging and the customer journey.
3. Creative Strategy & Experimentation
- Translate customer research, reviews, objections and performance data into creative hypotheses.
- Identify the angles, hooks, messages, proof points and formats worth testing.
- Give the creative pod or client production team clear, actionable briefs.
- Work with the creative team to prioritise production and maintain a consistent testing pipeline.
- Analyse results, understand why ads worked or failed, and guide the next round of iterations.
- Use AI tools to build quick concepts or variations when useful.
You own the direction and learning agenda for creative testing, with production supported by the creative pod and client teams.
4. Landing Pages & Conversion Optimisation
- Evaluate the journey from ad click to lead or purchase, and identify friction or messaging gaps.
- Propose tests across headlines, offers, proof, page structure, forms and calls to action.
- Approach experiments with a product mindset: define the problem, form a hypothesis, prioritise the test and measure the outcome.
- Use tools such as Lovable and other AI/no-code builders to prototype or build landing page variations.
- Coordinate with clients and relevant teams to launch tests with appropriate tracking.
- Assess downstream lead quality or purchase outcomes alongside platform metrics.
5. Client Communication, Reporting & Processes
- Lead clear, structured and proactive client communication.
- Deliver weekly/monthly reporting that explains what happened, why it matters and what we should do next.
- Align clients on priorities, dependencies and decisions.
- Maintain experiment logs, account documentation and actionable dashboards.
- Build and improve SOPs that make execution more consistent and efficient.
Must-Have
- 2-3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience at an agency or brand.
- Experience managing both Meta Ads and Google Search Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rate and lead quality.
- Ability to translate performance insights into campaign, creative and landing page actions.
- Strong creative judgment: you can develop angles, write useful briefs and explain what an ad should communicate.
- Comfort owning accounts and speaking directly with clients.
- Structured thinking, good data hygiene and proficiency with Sheets/reporting tools.
- Willingness to learn AI and no-code tools and use them in day-to-day execution.
Highly Preferred
- Experience in D2C or lead-generation businesses.
- Experience running landing page or conversion-rate experiments.
- Familiarity with Lovable or similar tools for building and testing pages.
- Experience using AI tools for research, ad variations or rapid prototyping.
- Experience collaborating with designers, editors, copywriters or developers.
- A track record of connecting advertising performance to business outcomes.
Not a Fit If
- You want a role limited to campaign setup and in-platform optimisation.
- You have little interest in customer insights, creative testing or landing page performance.
- You need constant direction to identify and move the next priority forward.
- You’re uncomfortable with client communication or accountability for outcomes.
- You resist documentation, structured processes or learning new tools.
