Role Description The Accounts Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Udaipur. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, preparation of vouchers, maintenance of ledgers, and reconciliation of bank and vendor accounts. The role involves assisting with preparation of financial statements, supporting statutory and tax audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. The Accounts Executive will coordinate with internal teams and clients to gather information, resolve accounting queries, and support timely reporting. The individual will also assist in preparing MIS reports, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and supporting process improvements within the finance function.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in accounting principles, including bookkeeping, ledger posting, and account reconciliation.
- Experience with financial statement preparation, basic tax and statutory compliance, and audit support activities.
- Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and client representatives.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a structured professional environment.
- Relevant academic background such as B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; pursuing or completed professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a CA firm or corporate finance department, is beneficial.
