Role Description The Accountant role at Craftech 360 is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The individual in this role will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, processing payments, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with monthly and annual financial closing. The Accountant will support budgeting and cost tracking for events and projects, prepare financial reports for management, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations. This role will collaborate closely with project, operations, and leadership teams to provide accurate financial data that supports decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in general accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting; ability to maintain accurate ledgers and prepare statements.
- Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable management, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and expense analysis, ideally in events, media, or creative industries.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and advanced use of MS Excel and other productivity tools.
- Knowledge of applicable accounting standards, taxation basics, and compliance requirements relevant to Indian regulations.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA) are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, manage deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
