Job Title: Account Executive
Experience: 3+ years
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Bank Guarantees & Financial Instruments
- Manage the full lifecycle of Bank Guarantees (issuance, renewal, cancellation).
- Work closely with banks to handle Letters of Credit (LCs), Standby LCs, and foreign remittance processes.
- Ensure all financial instruments are in line with internal policies and regulatory standards.
2. Personal Accounting
- Oversee personal financial planning, expense tracking, investment reporting, and tax preparation for key stakeholders or directors.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in personal records, assets, and liabilities.
- Handle payments, credit card reconciliations, and property-related financial records.
3. Import & Export Management
- Prepare and review all documentation related to imports/exports including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.
- Liaise with customs agents, freight forwarders, and banks for timely clearance and compliance.
- Monitor currency fluctuations and advise on cost impacts.
4. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Analyse variances in budgets vs. actuals and recommend corrective actions.
- Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
5. Vendor and Client Account Management
- Maintain up-to-date records of receivables and payables.
- Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts regularly.
6. Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Customs Duties, and other local and international tax laws.
- File statutory returns on time and support audits by internal and external authorities.
- Liaise with CA firms, legal advisors, and consultants as required.
7. Banking & Treasury Operations
- Handle all bank transactions including fund transfers, FD management, and online banking.
- Maintain strong relationships with banking partners to support financial needs.
- Monitor daily cash positions and support investment decisions.
8. Internal Controls & Audit Support
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls over financial transactions.
- Prepare documents and respond to internal, statutory, or external audit requirements.
- Ensure all transactions are properly documented and authorized.
9. Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams
- Work closely with logistics, procurement, legal, and sales teams to ensure end-to-end transaction support.
- Provide financial insights and data support for business decisions and planning.
10. Technology and System Support
- Use accounting software efficiently for bookkeeping, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Recommend and help implement automation or ERP tools for improving financial processes.
Educational Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or any related field.
Office Timing:
10:30 AM to 7:00 PM / Flexible timing (Second and Fourth Saturday Off)
