We are looking for an experienced Pre-Primary Academic Coordinator for a leadership position to lead our Pre-Primary academic programme and mentor teachers.
🎓 Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience as an Academic Coordinator, preferably in Pre-Primary/Early Years.
- Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed./D.El.Ed./NTT/ECCE preferred.
- Strong understanding of NEP 2020, FLN & ECCE.
- Knowledge of Montessori, Waldorf/Steiner, play-based, experiential and inquiry-based pedagogies.
- Strong leadership, communication and teacher-mentoring skills.
- Female candidates preferred.
💼 Salary & Benefits
💰 ₹20,000–₹25,000/month (depending upon Personal Interview+ Written Test+ Demo)
