Role Description The Academic Coordinator at EdifyChamps will oversee day-to-day academic operations, including scheduling classes, aligning tutors with student needs, and monitoring academic progress. This role involves coordinating curriculum implementation, reviewing lesson plans, and ensuring that instructional materials meet educational standards. The Academic Coordinator will communicate regularly with tutors, learners, and caregivers to address academic concerns, track performance, and recommend interventions or enrichment. Responsibilities also include maintaining academic records, preparing reports, and supporting quality assurance for tutoring services. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Education with experience in Curriculum Development.
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with tutors, learners, and caregivers.
- Experience in Academic Advising and student support, including progress tracking and guidance.
- Ability to conduct Research to improve academic programs, teaching methods, and learning outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in academic coordination, school administration, or tutoring operations is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools and learning platforms used for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
