Role Description The 3D Architectural Visualizer will create high-quality architectural visualizations, including realistic renders, animations, and walkthroughs for residential, commercial, and experiential spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing detailed 3D models from architectural drawings, optimizing lighting and materials, and producing photorealistic images that align with client and brand guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with designers, architects, and creative directors to translate concepts into visually striking presentations, as well as iterating based on feedback to meet project timelines and quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring consistent coordination with the local team and participation in in-studio reviews and brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in 3D architectural visualization tools (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender) and rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, Lumion).
- Solid skills in modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering for interior and exterior environments.
- Ability to interpret architectural plans, elevations, and CAD drawings and convert them into accurate 3D models.
- Experience with post-production and image enhancement using tools such as Adobe Photoshop.
- Understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling for high-end design presentations.
- Familiarity with animation workflows, camera movements, and walkthrough creation for architectural projects.
- Comfort working with cross-functional creative teams and incorporating feedback from architects, designers, and clients.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects within deadlines.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Arts, Animation, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a design agency, visualization studio, or architectural firm is an advantage; a portfolio demonstrating photorealistic renders is required.
