Role Description The 3D Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations and graphics for BMS and process automation projects, including system layouts, dashboards, and user interfaces. The designer will collaborate with engineering and software teams to translate technical requirements into clear, visually compelling designs that support client presentations and operational use. Day-to-day tasks include developing and refining graphic concepts, producing logos and branding materials as needed, ensuring design consistency across projects, and preparing assets for integration into software and commissioning workflows. The role also involves optimizing graphics for performance, maintaining design libraries, and adhering to industry and company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create detailed 2D and 3D visual assets.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to support project-specific identities and client-oriented visual materials.
- Solid understanding of Typography to ensure readability and effective visual hierarchy in dashboards and interfaces.
- Experience with 3D design and visualization tools (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, or similar) and graphic software such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and collaborate closely with engineering and software teams.
- Attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.
- Prior experience in industrial, building automation, or technical visualization domains is an advantage.
