We’re looking for a creative and skilled Short-Form Video Editor to join our team full-time, on-site at our office.
🎬 What You’ll Do:
- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos.
- Create attention-grabbing hooks, transitions, captions, and visual effects.
- Write or assist with short-form video scripts and content ideas.
- Turn raw footage and concepts into engaging, high-retention videos.
- Understand current social media trends and incorporate relevant editing styles.
- Work closely with the team to develop creative video concepts.
- Continuously experiment with new formats, editing techniques, and storytelling styles.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in short-form video editing.
- Good understanding of Reels, Shorts, hooks, retention, and storytelling.
- Strong creative sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to write engaging scripts and develop content ideas.
- Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- A strong portfolio of Reels/Shorts is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
