Job details:
Can you make someone stop scrolling in the first second?
At Bugario, the videos you edit go live as Meta ads within days, with real budget behind them. Every week you'll see which of your cuts sold and which didn't. If that's the feedback you want on your work, read on.
About Bugario
Bugario (bugario.in) makes women's innerwear and shapewear. Our hero product, JellyLift, is a wire-free jelly bra made for try-on content: the difference shows on camera. We sell on our own site and on marketplaces, and we run Meta ads at scale, which means we need fresh video every day. We're hiring two editors: one senior and one junior.
What you'll do
- Turn raw footage from creators, customers and our own shoots into finished ads, every day
- Make several openings for the same video, so we can test which first three seconds works best
- Deliver every ad in 9:16 and 4:5, with captions, music and sound done properly
- Edit try-ons, before-and-afters, customer videos and talking-head videos
- Use AI tools for voice, captions and clean-up when they make you faster
- Keep an eye on what's working in ads and reels, and bring ideas
- Senior role: write scripts and openings, brief creators, and review the junior editor's work
- Work closely with our social media manager, our influencer manager and the people running our ads
You'll fit if
- You've edited ads or short-form content for brands: 1+ years for the junior role, 3+ years for the senior role
- Your portfolio is full of ads and reels, not weddings or films
- You work in Premiere Pro, CapCut desktop or similar, with basic After Effects
- You can turn out 3 to 5 finished ad versions a day without cutting corners
- You know why an ad works: the opening, the proof, the offer, the call to action
- You're comfortable editing innerwear content and keeping it classy
- Plus: you've edited for a fashion, beauty or innerwear brand
- Plus: you can shoot on a phone or camera too
Why it's worth it
- Your work runs as real ads within days, and you see what it sold
- A steady flow of footage and ideas, so you're never waiting around for briefs
- A small, fast-growing team: relaxed vibe, serious about results
- No salary range posted: we'd rather pay for what you've actually done than fit you into a band
Where: Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), Delhi. Full-time, in-office.
To apply: apply here, and we'd love to see your work: please also email your portfolio (a Drive, YouTube or Instagram link is perfect) to hr@weldots.com with the subject line "Video Editor - Your Name". If you're shortlisted, you'll get a short paid test: raw footage and a brief, and three ad versions in 24 hours.
