Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance files
• Support employee onboarding, engagement, and HR operations
• Manage attendance, leave records, and HR reporting
• Handle office administration, vendor coordination, and general administrative tasks
• Assist with system administration, software implementation, and day-to-day operational support
• Support additional HR and administrative initiatives as required
Eligibility & Skills
✔ Bachelor's degree in HR, BBA, MBA (HR), Management, or a related discipline
✔ 6–12 months of relevant HR/Admin experience
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✔ Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✔ Basic understanding of recruitment, HR processes, and employee documentation
✔ Organised, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
✔ Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and work collaboratively
✔ Immediate joiners preferred
