โข 5+ years of hands-on **RSA Archer** experience
โข Strong **Banking / Financial Services** experience
โข Strong **Operational Risk** domain knowledge
โข RCSA, KRI, Incident Management, Issue Management & Action Plans
โข Archer application & workflow configuration
โข DDEs & Advanced Workflows
โข Archer APIs, data feeds & scheduled jobs
โข REST APIs & integration
โข ETL / data management; SSIS exposure preferred
โข Archer role-based access control & queue management
โข Agile/Scrum experience

โข Archer Certification
โข Experience in regulated/financial environments
โข Fraud Risk exposure
โข Knowledge of Archer architecture, HA & DR
