Summary: Founded in 2014, Zywie is a full-suite, remote cardiac monitoring company specializing in wearable biosensor devices and cloud-based data analytic solutions. Zywie’s flagship product is the ZywieNano™ patch, a small band-aid-like patch that patients wear on their chest to continuously monitor their heart’s electrical activity for up to 30 days. The data collected by the ZywieNano™ patch is sent to Zywie’s cloud-based platform, where it is analyzed by algorithms to provide insights into a patient’s heart rhythm and potential cardiac conditions.
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing operations and sales enablement initiatives. This role plays a critical part in keeping marketing programs running smoothly, supporting sales, managing collateral logistics, contributing to social media content, and assisting with special projects and events.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and energized by a fast-moving environment where no two days look exactly the same.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Operations
- Coordinate the sending, receiving, and organization of sales kits, ensuring accurate inventory and timely delivery
- Prepare and distribute new hire kits in alignment with brand standards and onboarding timelines
- Manage incoming marketing collateral requests from the sales team, ensuring materials are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Support the creation, organization, and distribution of print marketing collateral (flyers, rack cards, brochures, etc.)
Social Media Support
- Assist with social media content creation, including brainstorming and idea development
- Write and refine social media captions aligned with brand voice and messaging
- Support scheduling and content organization across platforms as needed
Events & Special Projects
- Provide support for events, conferences, and internal initiatives, including planning, coordination, and logistics
- Assist with company events, welcome committee initiatives, and culture-building activities
- Jump in on ad hoc marketing and operational tasks as they arise (because marketing never sits still)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Clear written communication skills with an interest in branding and storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally, especially with sales teams
- Familiarity with social media platforms, Adobe Creative Suite and basic content best practices is a plus

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Frequent standing, walking, sitting.
- Continuous review computer screen, sales, quota, reports, etc.
- Frequent travel including impromptu arrangements.
- Constant verbal communication.
- Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds.
