We are seeking a Senior DevOps & SRE Engineer to play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our infrastructure. Based in Pune, this role requires expertise in system reliability, automation, and performance to ensure seamless product delivery and top-notch availability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and manage scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions.
2. Develop CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment and release processes to streamline development.
3. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and improve site reliability.
4. Implement best practices in infrastructure security, monitoring, and logging.
5. Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to optimize workflows and maintain high availability.
6. Document processes, contribute to knowledge sharing, and mentor team members in DevOps best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Strong experience in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
2. Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
3. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
4. Expertise in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
5. Strong knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
   
   

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment.
2. Familiarity with security best practices for DevOps.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to critical incidents.
