Associate Product Manager – Rewards

We are seeking an experienced Rewards 2+ years to join our Product team and develop, implement, and optimize our customer loyalty and rewards initiatives across our entire product ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience designing integrated rewards programs within the fintech industry and will work closely with other product managers to ensure seamless rewards integration. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end strategy and implementation of Zype's integrated rewards program across all product lines Create a unified rewards ecosystem that encourages cross-product usage Develop tiered rewards structures for customers based on their engagement across the platform Design specialized rewards for UPI transactions, insurance purchases, bill payments, and lending activities Collaborate with product teams to seamlessly integrate rewards features Develop partnerships with third-party rewards providers and merchants Implement rewards conversion and transferability between product lines Monitor program performance and continuously iterate based on data insights Manage rewards program budget across all product lines
