Product Manager, Billing

As a Product Manager on the Billing team, you will own the strategy and roadmap for Zuora's Billing capabilities, working closely with our engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver innovative solutions that delight our customers. You will drive the vision, prioritization, and delivery of new products and features that enable our customers to efficiently manage their subscription billing operations. This role requires a combination of deep technical knowledge, customer empathy, business acumen, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities: - Understand the market, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive the product strategy and roadmap for Zuora's Billing capabilities - Work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver innovative billing solutions that delight our customers - Continuously evaluate and optimize the product experience based on customer feedback, data, and usage insights - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop go-to-market plans, and ensure successful product launches - Become a subject matter expert on Zuora's Billing products and capabilities, and effectively communicate the value proposition to both internal and external stakeholders - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive movements to identify new opportunities for Zuora Requirements: - 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of delivering complex, customer-centric products - Deep understanding of subscription billing models, pricing strategies, and revenue recognition - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate product vision and roadmap to technical and non-technical audiences - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions - Demonstrated experience in building and launching successful SaaS products - Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and the product development lifecycle - Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
