Fleet Support Administrator – Helping Keep Our Drivers Moving

We are seeking a Fleet Support Administrator to provide operational, administrative, and account support for our drivers while working closely with dispatch, operations, and accounting teams.
What You’ll Do as a Fleet Support Administrator:
In this role, you will:
- Serve as a main point of contact for drivers, providing day-to-day account and administrative support
- Assist with driver payments, vouchers, and account-related transactions
- Respond to driver questions regarding leases, balances, and transaction activity
- Maintain accurate driver and vehicle records while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Reconcile daily trip and payment activity and prepare reports for management review
- Perform general office and administrative duties including data entry, scheduling, filing, and phone support
- Deliver professional, timely, and high-quality service to drivers, customers, and internal departments
What We’re Looking for as a Fleet Support Administrator:
- Previous experience in administration, office support, accounting, or a related field preferred
- Strong computer and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
