About the role

Zscaler is looking for an experienced and proactive Technical Program Manager with a strong background in Go-to-Market (GTM) business applications to lead and drive key initiatives. You will play a key role in driving the successful deployment, enhancement, and integration of GTM systems and applications. Your expertise in project management, combined with your in-depth understanding of GTM processes and applications, will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our IT and GTM operations. This position requires a highly driven individual with demonstrated experience in delivering top cross-functional GTM programs in fast paced technical environments. The ideal candidate will be able to drive consensus and provide direction to multiple cross-functional stakeholders and proactively manage program management functions and communication. You will be reporting to Manager, Program Management. You will : Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex technical projects related to GTM business applications. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and in alignment with business objectives Collaborate closely with key business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration and alignment of GTM technology initiatives. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among different teams and track performance against agreed upon commitments, managing issues and risks to ensure project timelines and objectives are met Create project documentation, including executive level communications, dashboards, project plans and status reports. Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, milestones, and potential risks. Enable annual planning, prioritization and visibility to all initiatives throughout their full lifecycle. Conduct portfolio reviews with the Governance Board and provide reporting on overall performance of the portfolio. What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications): 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, with a strong experience in managing projects related to GTM preferred Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope using project management tools, e.g. SDLC, Agile and Jira Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve project-related issues Change management expertise, particularly in guiding end-users through technology transitions Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
