Principal Technical Enablement Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Principal Technical Enablement Engineer to join our Training team. Reporting to the Director- Technical Enablement you'll be responsible for: Facilitate/coach/teach technical audiences. Facilitate and run virtual and in-person Bootcamps. Build and continuously improve onboarding process for solutions consulting organisation. Create and develop engaging collateral for use and reuse to deliver technical or business content. Be a trusted advisor and mentor to the new hires, collaborate with internal colleagues. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) Must have 12+ years of experience in technical Enablement experience in Pre/Post-Sales Enablement or equivalent position. Minimum B.Tech degree or related field. Experience in security and cloud management technologies and products. What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Ability and desire to explain technical concepts to all kinds of stakeholders. Analyse trends and patterns, and provide an action plan to improve the ramp time of technical sellers.
