Role Description
The Zscaler Deployment Engineer will be responsible for implementing and managing Zscaler secure web gateway solutions to ensure effective cloud-based security for clients. This full-time position is based on-site in Delhi, OH. Daily tasks include configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Zscaler systems, as well as collaborating with clients to understand their network security needs and providing tailored solutions. The engineer will also document system configurations, monitor performance, and provide post-deployment support to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Zscaler solutions, including Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
- Network administration skills, including knowledge of routing, switching, VPNs, TCP/IP, and DNS
- Experience in cloud security and implementing secure web gateway solutions
- Analytical skills for troubleshooting and optimizing system performance
- Proficient in client communication and project coordination to ensure successful deployment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Relevant certifications like Zscaler Certified Professional or equivalent certifications are a plus
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment
