Pune, MahārāshtraJob DetailsData Analyst (Fresher)ZSPuneData AnalystYou will be responsible for:• Collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to provide meaningful insights for business decision making• Identifying trends, patterns and anomalies in data to drive continuous improvement• Utilizing Excel, SQL and data visualization tools to create reports and dashboards• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions• Staying up-to-date with the latest data analytics trends and best practicesWhat we're looking for:• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to draw meaningful insights from data• Proficient in Excel, SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview etc.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively present analysis and recommendations• Keen interest in learning new tools and technologies to continuously improve analytical capabilities• Ability to work independently as well as part of a teamThe ideal candidate should be passionate about data analytics and driven to deliver high-quality work.
