Decision Analytics Associate (DAA)

As a Decision Analytics Associate at ZS, you will play a key role in transforming client data into actionable insights that drive meaningful business decisions. The DAA role is designed for passionate problem-solvers who love to work with data, statistics, and business strategy. You will be expected to use advanced analytical techniques, predictive modeling, and statistical tools to solve complex problems, influence business decisions, and improve operational efficiencies for ZS's clients. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with ZS teams and clients to define data analysis goals and business objectives. Collect, clean, validate, and interpret large datasets from diverse sources. Use statistical methods and machine learning tools to uncover patterns and generate insights. Develop mathematical models to simulate business scenarios and forecast future outcomes. Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Prepare and present detailed reports, visualizations, and presentations. Apply critical thinking and structured problem-solving approaches to resolve client challenges. Work on projects across industries including healthcare, life sciences, consumer products, and finance. Continuously update knowledge of analytics tools and methodologies. Participate in team discussions, brainstorming, and collaborative problem-solving. Support the design and automation of data processes for ongoing client needs. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field. Strong problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and an analytical mindset. Proficiency in at least one analytics tool or programming language such as R, Python, SAS, or SQL. Excellent data interpretation and visualization abilities. Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Eagerness to learn and apply new skills in a fast-paced consulting environment. High attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
