Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome guests and clients with a warm and professional demeanor

  • Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area

  • Handle visitor registrations, issue badges, and ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings

  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies

  • Coordinate with internal departments for day-to-day office operations

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times



Requirements



Key Requirements:


  • Female candidate preferred for front desk representation

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus)

  • Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • High level of professionalism and grooming

  • Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively

  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred



Educational Qualification:


  • Minimum Graduate in any discipline

  • Hospitality, Administration, or Communication background is a plus
