Please note that this is an in-office position based out of our Corporate Office in Naples, Florida. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: • Ensuring schedules are properly posted to provide adequate coverage while managing payroll hours efficiently. • Manage all aspects of the New York operations, to include supporting existing salons and cleanliness. • Identify short and long term regional needs, such as talent development and retention, sales target achievement, and regional market expansion. • Oversee the New York leadership team, to include but not limited to talent development, recruitment, hiring, coaching, discipline, and separation as necessary. • Work with the Executive Team to identify opportunities for business growth and regional market expansion. • Drive District and Area Managers to meet monthly sales targets and provide sales support to all staff. • Attend weekly and biweekly virtual meetings with District Managers and Area Managers to ensure alignment of operational objectives, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement. • Ensuring compliance with company policies and local/state laws, addressing any lapses immediately. • Regularly track and analyze performance metrics, such as sales data, staff productivity, and operational efficiency. • Develop and implement employee engagement programs tailored to the region, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. • Staying informed about competitor activities and market trends within the tanning and fitness industry. • Work closely with the Facilities Manager to develop and maintain efficient maintenance routes across all salon locations in the region. Ensure that maintenance tasks are scheduled based on priority, criticality, and salon operational needs. • Travel weekly to salons within your designated region. • Follow all company policies and procedures. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE DESIRED: • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a management role overseeing multiple locations, ideally in the tanning, beauty, or hospitality industry. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: • Quality orientation and high attention to detail. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Experience working with high performance teams. • Problem analysis and problem resolution skills.
