What you can expect We are looking for a Product Manager who will be working on Zoom Docs. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall delivery of a Professional Services solution for Zoom Docs. This includes project managing the release plans and coordinating with product managers, engineers, and operations. About the Team Zoom Docs expands platform for next-generation flexible collaboration. This is a central role to help continuing the growth on a product that explores green field opportunities. It is made to build exciting features to establish Zoom's presence as a leader in document authoring and collaboration capabilities. All of this using modern collaboration tools, and a next-gen workspace built from the ground up with AI. Responsibilities Discovering and work on Zoom Docs to help unlock massive value for end-users, managing the product life cycle, from discovery to prioritization to execution. Working strategy for high-growth opportunities and build new products iteratively. Representing the voice of the customer for a variety of segments and persona to build capabilities targeting specific use cases. Managing stakeholders and coordinate efforts throughout the business to balance level-of-effort, risk, and opportunity size to prioritize product portfolio. Determining end-user value, using an experimental method to disconfirm or confirm hypotheses about product and feature value. Driving and influencing essential decisions to build a culture where machine learning is considered upfront in design, engineering, and marketing. What we're looking for SaaS or technology company background. Have excellent presentation and communication skills. Have some experience of using data to inform business decisions, as well as design and integration Experience with SaaS collaboration and passion for the Technology Industry. Have experience with an open platform Have experience integrating third parties and industry solutions design Have experience working with Business applications such as MS Suite, Asana, Notion, Coda. Experience with cross-functional collaboration across various organizational levels, meeting creation and integration with third parties. Have a Bachelor's or equivalent experience.
