Role Description The Zoology faculty member will deliver classroom teaching for NEET and foundation-level batches, focusing on Zoology concepts, exam patterns, and problem-solving techniques. Responsibilities include planning lesson schedules, preparing high-quality teaching materials, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, and holding regular tests to assess learner performance. The faculty will review results, provide feedback, and guide learners on effective study strategies and time management. Additional tasks may include contributing to curriculum development, coordinating with other subject faculty, and participating in parent–learner meetings when required. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Midnapore.
Qualifications
- Strong subject knowledge in Zoology and related life sciences, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for NEET and foundation-level learners.
- Experience in teaching or coaching for competitive exams such as NEET, and familiarity with current exam patterns and syllabi.
- Effective classroom management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners.
- Ability to design lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials that support conceptual clarity and exam readiness.
- Comfort with using digital tools (e.g., slides, online test platforms) to enhance teaching and learner engagement.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Zoology or a closely related discipline; higher academic qualifications or teaching certifications are an advantage.
