Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager 04Locations: Varanasi | Bengaluru | Ahmedabad | Kochi, (with extensive travel within the assigned zone)

Role SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Zonal Sales Manager to lead and drive sales growth across a defined geographic zone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, building a high-performance sales team, expanding channel partner networks, and strengthening our client's market leadership in washroom automation, hotel amenities, and industrial entrance solutions.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a zone-wise sales plan aligned with national business objectives.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, volume, and market share targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in key segments: hospitality, real estate, infrastructure, commercial complexes, and industrial projects.
2. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
- Set individual KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide on-field coaching.
- Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
3. Channel & Partner Management
- Build and nurture a strong network of distributors, dealers, and system integrators.
- Ensure partner enablement through product training, marketing support, and joint business planning.
- Monitor partner performance and drive channel sales growth.
4. Key Account Management
- Personally manage and grow relationships with key institutional accounts – hotels, architects, interior designers, contractors, and government bodies.
- Lead high-value negotiations and closure of B2B projects.
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback; share insights with the product and marketing teams.
- Prepare and present zone-wise sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards to senior management.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and adherence to credit policies.
6. Brand Promotion & Customer Engagement
- Organize product demos, participation in exhibitions, and customer meets within the zone.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute local promotional campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience- Education: MBA in Marketing or equivalent postgraduate degree (preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business is a plus.
- Experience: 8–12 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a regional/ zonal sales leadership role.
- Industry Background: Experience in building materials, sanitary ware, industrial automation, hotel supplies, or related B2B project sales is highly desirable.
Key Competencies & Skills- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
- Strong understanding of channel sales, dealer/distributor management, and project-based B2B selling.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively (50–70% of time).
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales analytics tools.
