Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Zonal Technical Head based in Chennai. The Zonal Technical Head will oversee technical operations and provide technical support for various projects within the region. The role includes managing and training a team, analyzing operational performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and addressing technical issues promptly. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and optimize technical and operational processes
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Technical Support to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently
- Experience in Team Management, including mentoring, guiding, and evaluating team performance
- Proven ability to deliver Training and upskilling programs to enhance team capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Prior experience in the cement or construction materials industry is advantageous
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving results
